12/27/2024 – Another cloudy and cool day with mostly cloudy skies. Rain tonight into the first half of tomorrow. More rain on Sunday and Sunday night. Additional rain is expected Tuesday into Tuesday night.. Colder conditions next week. We could see a touch of rain/snow next Thursday but nothing much, which is very uncertain.

The long-range looks cold, and maybe we will see some wintry weather.

The forecast:
Today: Hi 43 🌤️ Lo 37 🌧️90% – Partly sunny with calm winds. Rain and patchy fog developing after midnight.

Saturday: Hi 51 🌧️90% Lo 49 🌧️80% – Rain and patchy fog

Sunday: Hi 61 🌧️80% Lo 47 🌧️70% – Rain tapering off late at night.

Monday: Hi 56 🌤️ Lo 38 🌙 – Mostly sunny and Mild.

Tuesday: Hi 54 🌧️60% Lo 42 🌧️60% – Rain likely in the afternoon

New Year’s Day: Hi 49 🌤️ Lo 32 🌙 – Partly sunny during the day, becoming partly cloudy overnight.

Thursday: Hi 39 🌤️ Lo 25 🌙 – Colder with mostly sunny skies.

12/26/2024 – Another cold and wintry gloomy day ahead. Highs in the low 40s. Dry today and tomorrow before we get some rain on Saturday and Sunday. Dry Monday and some more showers, possibly New Year's Eve and Day.

I am watching for the potential of some wintry weather next week. I am not convinced that it will happen or be much. Beyond this, at some point, cold air will invade the Country and us. Whether that can bring some wintry precipitation is yet to be seen, but I would say we have a higher chance than we have had in a long while. We shall see… and even a great pattern does not mean we get snow!

Today: Hi 43 🌤️ Lo 29 🌙 – Partly sunny, becoming partly cloudy and calm overnight.

Friday: Hi 43 🌤️ Lo 38 🌧️70% – Partly sunny during the day, with rain likely after midnight under mostly cloudy skies.

Saturday: Hi 50 🌧️70% Lo 49 🌧️80% – Rain likely during the day, continuing into the night with cloudy skies.

Sunday: Hi 61 🌧️80% Lo 47 🌧️60% – Showers throughout the day, tapering off to likely showers overnight under mostly cloudy skies.

Monday: Hi 57 🌤️ Lo 38 🌙 – Mostly sunny, becoming partly cloudy and calm overnight.

Tuesday: Hi 53 🌦️50% Lo 43 🌧️50% – Partly sunny with a chance of showers.

New Year's Day: 🎆🎇Hi 50 🌦️30% Lo 43 🌧️50% – Partly sunny with a chance of showers, continuing into the evening under mostly cloudy skies.

12/25/2024 – Merry Christmas to you! Chilly and cloudy day ahead. Quick summary
Rain chances increase this weekend and it could rain quite a bit! You may want to check those storm drains and basement drains before the rain hits.

Shower chances persist through New Year's Day. It will also warm to the 50s by the weekend and into early next week!

Watching for a change in the pattern and MAYBE even a wintry threat around the 5th of January, but that is Speculation!!! Things do seem to be trending colder in the long-range.

12/24/2024 – A few showers of sleet and freezing rain could fall for the next hour or so, but things do not look too bad. We will become partly to mostly sunny this afternoon.
Temps will be in the low and mid-40s today through Friday. Sunday through Tuesday, the high will be upper 40s to mid 50s. There is a good chance of rain on Sunday and Monday. Fortunately we could see an inch or more of rain!

The long-range still points to a cooling trend and maybe some wintry weather threats, but we must get closer to get details!

The forecast:
Today: Hi 44 🌦️40% Lo 30 ☁️ – A chance of freezing rain early, transitioning to rain by late morning. Gradually becoming mostly sunny in the afternoon, with light winds. Mostly cloudy tonight with calm conditions.

Christmas Day: Hi 41 ☁️ Lo 29 ☁️ – Mostly cloudy

Thursday: Hi 41 🌤️ Lo 27 🌙 – Partly sunny

Friday: Hi 45 🌤️ Lo 34 ☁️ – Partly sunny

12/23/2024 – Winter Weather Advisory for tomorrow morning from 5am to 1pm. Some light freezing rain will cause slick roads and tough walking conditions.

The temps will rise to the 40s tomorrow and stay in the 40s all week possibly hitting the 50s this weekend for high temps.

Rain chances will be possible for the weekend, but especially Sunday into Monday, but the confidence in timing is a challenge.

The long range looks unsettled but also unclear. Sometime between the 5th and 10th, we will likely see some mild conditions flip to really cold.

The forecast
Today: Hi 34 ☀️ Lo 25 🌨️ 30% – Sunny during the day, becoming mostly cloudy at night with a chance of freezing rain late.

Tuesday: Hi 44 🌨️60% Lo 29 ☁️ – Light Snow and freezing rain likely early, transitioning to rain and becoming mostly sunny by afternoon; mostly cloudy overnight.

Christmas Day: Hi 41 ☁️ Lo 29 ☁️ – Mostly cloudy throughout the day and night.
