1/31/2025 – Wet day ahead! Windy and seasonal weekend. Mild next week with some rain possible next week. We could see some mixing Wednesday night, but rain will be the main precipitation.
The long-range looks very mild (maybe 60s next weekend??) – before we cool back down some towards mid-month.

The forecast.
Today: Hi 51 🌧️100% Lo 39 ☁️ – Rain, mainly after 8am, with patchy fog at times. A chance of rain before 10pm, then mostly cloudy overnight.

Saturday: Hi 44 ⛅ Lo 24 ☁️ – Cloudy through mid-morning, then gradual clearing. Increasing clouds overnight.

Sunday: Hi 40 ☁️ Lo 37 ☁️ – Mostly cloudy with breezy conditions.

Monday: Hi 60 🌤️ Lo 38 ☁️ – Partly sunny during the day, becoming mostly cloudy at night.

Tuesday: Hi 50 ☀️ Lo 34 ☁️ – Mostly sunny, then mostly cloudy overnight.

Wednesday: Hi 49 🌧️30% Lo 41 🌧️50% – Mostly cloudy with a chance of rain during the day and night.

1/30/2025 – Seasonally mild today. Rain will come overnight and throughout tomorrow. Breezy and seasonal weekend, but we start Monday very mild!
The long range shows us seasonably mild, but watching next Thursday for some chances of icyness. We will see.

The forecast:
Today: Hi 50 🌥️ Lo 39 🌧️80% – Increasing clouds with rain developing after 10pm; south winds 5 to 9 mph, gusts up to 18 mph.

Friday: Hi 50 🌧️100% Lo 37 🌙 – Rain throughout the day; south winds 9 to 11 mph, gusts up to 23 mph.

Saturday: Hi 44 🌤️ Lo 26 🌙 – Mostly sunny; northwest winds 7 to 11 mph, gusts up to 22 mph.

Sunday: Hi 44 ☁️ Lo 37 ☁️ – Mostly cloudy.

1/28/2025 – Winds! Wind Advisory is up for tomorrow! Soaking rain for Friday!
The winds tomorrow could gust to 50 mph.
Rain will be moderate on Friday, and we could see an inch or more!
Then it will be mild next week. I'm still watching for weather changes after next week! I still think we may hit 60+ degrees at some point next week!

Today: Hi 48 🌤️ Lo 32 🌙 – Partly sunny and breezy, becoming mostly clear tonight with lighter winds.

Wednesday: Hi 53 ☀️💨 Lo 28 🌙 – Sunny and breezy with strong wind gusts up to 50mph.

Thursday: Hi 45 ☀️ Lo 36 🌧️60% – Sunny during the day, with rain likely late at night under mostly cloudy skies.

Friday: Hi 52 🌧️90% Lo 34 🌧️40% – Rainy throughout the day, tapering to a chance of rain at night with mostly cloudy skies.

1/27/2025 – Milder conditions through Wednesday. Some cooler weather as we head into the weekend, and we could get some needed rainfall.

The following week could be well above normal. The return to colder conditions is uncertain, but may not be possible until mid-February!

The forecast:
Today: Hi 46 ☀️ Lo 29 ☁️ – Sunny and cool with increasing clouds overnight. Winds become southwest with gusts up to 21 mph.

Tuesday: Hi 49 ☀️ Lo 29 🌙 – Sunny and breezy with strong gusts during the day, becoming partly cloudy overnight.

Wednesday: Hi 54 🌤️ Lo 27 🌙 – Mostly sunny and breezy with strong gusts in the afternoon, turning mostly clear by night.

Thursday: Hi 45 ☀️ Lo 35 🌧️️40% – Sunny during the day, with increasing clouds and a chance of rain late overnight.

Friday: Hi 51 🌧️60% Lo 37 🌧️70% – Rain likely throughout the day and into the night under mostly cloudy skies.

1/26/2025 – Warmer day with melting temperatures! Highs in the mid-40s.
We will see some 50s Tuesday and Wednesday before we cool back down for Thursday and Friday. Some rain or a possible wintry mix to start next weekend, but details will need to be watched. As of now, the forecast favors rain. The following week we could see some 60s before a turn to cooler seems possible.

Today: Hi 47 ☁️ Lo 23 ☁️ – Mostly cloudy with west winds 6 to 10 mph, gusting up to 20 mph.

Monday: Hi 44 ☀️ Lo 28 🌙 – Sunny during the day with southwest winds 5 to 10 mph

Tuesday: Hi 45 🌤️ Lo 29 🌙 – Mostly sunny with gusty northwest winds up to 26 mph
