10/20/2024 – Spectacular sunshine today and through the next 7 days!

The forecast is so easy that I will only elaborate on it briefly!

We will be in the 70s (maybe even 80 on Tuesday!) and cool a bit by Thursday and into the next weekend.

The long-range forecast shows a tendency for above-normal temperatures and dry conditions. In the very long range, temperatures may also trend much above normal.

The forecast:
Today: Hi 74 ☀️ Lo 42 🌙 – Sunny with calm winds, becoming clear at night

Monday: Hi 77 ☀️ Lo 46 🌙 – Sunny and calm

Tuesday: Hi 78 ☀️ Lo 47 🌙 – Sunny, with mostly clear skies later

Wednesday: Hi 76 ☀️ Lo 50 🌙 – Sunny, becoming partly cloudy overnight

Thursday: Hi 64 ☀️ Lo 40 🌙 – Sunny and mostly clear

Friday: Hi 61 🌤️ Lo 41 🌙 – Mostly sunny with partly cloudy skies at night

Saturday: Hi 65 🌤️ Lo 40 🌙 – Mostly sunny with no further forecast

10/19/2024 – Just sunny days and dry weather as well as a warm-up before another cool shot late this coming week. We could hit 80 degrees Tuesday. 
No real chance of rain as far as I can see!

10/8/2024 – Another beautiful day ahead after this cold start. I definitely had some frost around this morning! 
The forecast is so easy, I just will make it brief! Upper 60s today and sunny.. 70s become dominant until next Thursday when a cooler push happens. NO RAIN IN SIGHT!

10/17/2024 – Nothing but dry weather for the next seven days! It's still cool today, in the upper 50s. We may see some frost tonight, but it will be spotty. I did see some spotty frost on my walk this morning!

We will see daytime temps in the 70s and nighttime lows in 40s as we head into next week!

The good news is that Loudoun is considered out of drought but remains abnormally dry! That means we are at the tipping point between a drought and not! I do not see any rain in the models for the next two weeks! You can check my frequent updates on YouTube (https://lowx.us), where I look at model outputs, and they are dry straight up to Halloween!

10/16/2024 – The forecast remains the same! We will see some clouds today as the warming sun will cause the cold air to be a little unstable and produce a few sprinkles and variable cloudiness, as well as some cool breezes. Tonight, we may see some more frost, and I think it will have a better chance than last night. Tomorrow will be cool, but then we start getting milder, and the low 70s will be here early next week. We continue to be very dry! 
Above-normal temperatures and dry conditions will remain in the long range. 
Today: Hi 54 🌥️ Lo 36 🌙 – Scattered sprinkles in the afternoon, becoming partly cloudy at night with gusty winds.
Thursday: Hi 57 ☀️ Lo 38 🌙 – Areas of frost early, then sunny and mostly clear.
Friday: Hi 65 ☀️ Lo 40 🌙 – Sunny and clear.
Saturday: Hi 68 ☀️ Lo 40 🌙 – Sunny and clear.
