⛈️ Storms Firing Up This Afternoon

Storms could pop up around or just before 3 PM today. Some of these could have locally heavy downpours and maybe strong winds.

The rest of the week keeps us in an on-and-off rainy pattern, but the big totals the NOAA NWS Weather Prediction Center had been forecasting may have been overdone. Still, localized 1–2+” amounts are very possible under areas that get heavier storms.

☁️ Eyes on the Leesburg Air Show Saturday

Saturday has some concerns or potential clouds and showers, but things should clear out in time for the show.

🌡️ Warmer & Drier Pattern Returns Next Week

After this week’s stormy stretch, we’re looking at a shift to above-normal temperatures and drier conditions as we head into next week. Some classic early fall weather could be on the way—milder nights and warm, sunny afternoons!
