🌧️ Much-Needed Rain Arrives
We're finally getting the soaking rain we've needed! A Flood Watch is in effect today — if heavy downpours set up and storms train over the same area, localized flooding is possible.
Use caution on the roads — headlights and wipers on and do not drive through flooded roadways!
🌙 Rain Tapers Overnight
Steady rain should ease overnight, but scattered showers and storms will linger over the next few days. Any one of these could drop heavy rain, though it’ll be tough to pinpoint exact locations.
🌧️ Rainfall Totals
By tomorrow morning, we could see 2–3 inches across the area, with up to 4 inches possible in the higher elevations. This will help ease drought conditions, though it likely won’t end it completely.

It gets muggy heading into the weekend, and severe storms are possible. This will bear watching and is not certain!
