🌱 Welcome, Meteorological Summer!
June 1st marks the start of meteorological summer, and it kicked off chilly this morning with lows in the low 40s — and yes, smoky skies from Canadian wildfires.
🌌 Northern Lights Tonight? Chilly again!
If the smoke thins out, we could get a glimpse of the aurora tonight — worth checking the skies! Temps will be in the mid-40s!
🔥 Summer Returns Midweek
Don’t worry — summer's coming back fast. Highs reach the upper 80s to near 90° by midweek with heat index values in the low to mid 90s.
🌧️ Rain Late Week and less heat!
Rain chances increase by Friday into the weekend, with temps dropping a bit.
