5/31/2025 – Last night was all about location for the heavier rains. There may have been some localized downbursts (localized) and someone mentioned they thought could have been a tornado in Bluemont area (need details). Areas east got more rain than central areas, and far west did better. Most missed severe weather.

It’s a breezy but beautiful day ahead. Scattered showers and storms are possible — about a 50% chance. Some could bring gusty winds, hail, and maybe even reach severe levels due to cool air aloft.
