❄️ Cold and Cloudy Start to the Week
It’s a chilly Monday with highs stuck in the low 30s and a thick blanket of clouds overhead. It even smells like snow, but that dry northern air is keeping the real flakes away. A few light snow showers might sneak in this afternoon, but nothing big.
🌨️ Snow Stays South
Most of the action is well to our south today, where parts of Virginia are picking up 2 to 4 inches. For us, the dry air wins out and keeps things quiet.
🌡️ Slight Warm-Up Midweek
Tuesday stays cold with highs again in the 30s. Wednesday is the mild spot this week with temps pushing near 50. That’s short-lived, though, as we cool back into around 40 for Thursday and Friday.
🥶 Arctic Air This Weekend
Saturday and Sunday look much colder with highs near 30 and lows dropping into the teens. Breezy conditions will add to the chill.
📉 Long-Range Outlook
The cold pattern looks to stick around into next week. A hint of a warm-up may show up, but we’ll have to wait and see.
