🌡️ Summer Feel Today
Good Wednesday! We are halfway through the week, and it is going to feel more like summer. After some early morning fog, temperatures climb into the low 80s today with plenty of humidity.
🥵 Even Hotter Thursday and Friday
Thursday will be hot and humid with highs in the mid to upper 80s. Friday stays hot with highs in the upper 80s and a chance for some afternoon and evening showers.
🌧️ Weekend Rain Trending South
The weekend forecast has changed quite a bit. The rain we have been watching is trying to move north from the south, but the latest trends keep most of it farther south. Saturday now looks mainly dry with highs near 70.
There is still a chance some rain makes it far enough north to affect us Sunday, but that remains uncertain. At this point, I am not convinced Sunday will be a washout, even if some rain does make it into our area.
My friend over at Jay's Wintery Mix has been talking about the models trending southward too. Hopefully that is not a trend we have to deal with this winter when snow is involved! 😄
🍂 Much Cooler Next Week
Sunday and Monday should only reach the mid-60s, and by Tuesday it will only be around 60 degrees. The overall pattern favors cooler weather next week, with temperatures running a little below normal.
It is fall, so I guess that is okay! 🍂

Saturday: Hi 68 ☁️ Lo 53 🌧️40% – Mostly cloudy; shower chance mainly overnight after 2 AM
Sunday: Hi 65 🌧️50% Lo 53 ☁️ – Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers; slight shower chance overnight before 2 AM
Monday: Hi 66 🌤️ Lo 41 🌙 – Mostly sunny and clear
Tuesday: Hi 60 ☀️ Lo 39 🌙 – Sunny
