Loudoun County Weather Outlook for Tuesday, March 25, 2025

3/25/2025 – We do have a Fire Watch for tomorrow from 11am to 7pm. Pretty cool pattern overall, but Saturday has the potential to be an amazing day! Although we have chances of some showers over the next week, we really need the rain. Some of the long-range models are pointing to more rain chances.

3/21/2025 – It will be a Breezy and cooler day. Please note that we have an elevated risk for rapidly spreading wildfires. Tomorrow will be a bit milder and breezy, and Sunday will be chillier. There will be a chance of showers on Monday. There will be another chance of showers on Tuesday night. We will stay a bit cooler in the longer range.

Saturday: Hi 63 🌤️ Lo 33 🌙 – Partly sunny and breezy, becoming partly cloudy overnight

Loudoun County Weather Outlook for XXXday, March XX, 2025

3/202/2025 – Some showers and then turning cooler. More shower chances next week, but the drought remains. I am thinking we may struggle to get a much rain today. We could see a quarter of an inch and some eastern areas seeing a bit more, but we may struggle to see much in the western areas. We turn windy overnight and into tomorrow with colder conditions (maybe a wind advisory?). A seasonal weekend with more showers Monday and a trend towards colder conditions. YES, I am seeing models try and give us some snowflakes late next week, but I would not count on it.

The trend remains drier than normal and a bit cooler than normal in the extended.

Today: Hi 67 🌧️90% Lo 34 🌧️80% – Showers through the day, becoming breezy with gusty northwest winds tonight as rain tapers off

3/18/2025 – We will be milder and less windy today. Temps will be even warmer tomorrow. Rain showers likely Thursday which will bring temps down and cause a breezy Friday with cooler temps. A seasonal weekend before some more showers early next week and another brief shot of cooler air.

Loudoun County Weather Outlook for Monday, March 17, 2025

3/17/2025 – Cooler and breezy day ahead. Showers Thursday after a mild Wednesday.

The amount of rain last night really depended on the location! I saw most areas receive about .76 inches of rain. Far eastern areas did not get that much at all, which is bad as they are in an extreme drought.

We could hit 70 on Wednesday. More showers are possible on Thursday, and then it will be cooler on Friday. Next weekend, it will be in the 50s.
