Loudoun County Weather Outlook for Wednesday, October 28, 2026
☁️ A Cloudy Wednesday
Good Wednesday morning to you! We're halfway through the week! Patchy fog starts the day, followed by mostly cloudy skies with highs in the middle to upper 60s. Easterly winds off the ocean are keeping the clouds around. Patchy fog returns tonight.
☀️ Sunshine and Warmer Temperatures!
After some morning fog Thursday, sunshine returns with highs in the low 70s. Friday looks beautiful, with sunny skies and highs in the middle 70s!
🎃 A Dry Halloween!
Saturday brings partly sunny skies with highs near 65°. Sunday now looks dry during the day, with mostly cloudy skies and highs near 70°.
🌧️ Some Rain Chances Ahead
Showers could arrive late Sunday night, with chances continuing Monday and Tuesday. Rain isn't a sure thing, but we could certainly use some after these dry couple of weeks! Highs stay in the upper 60s to around 70°.
The longer range continues to favor above normal temperatures and increased chances for rainfall. Hopefully, we can get some much needed moisture!

Saturday 🎃: Hi 64 ⛅ Lo 46 ☁️ • Partly sunny, then mostly cloudy overnight.
Sunday: Hi 67 ☁️ Lo 51 🌧️30% • Mostly cloudy and dry during the day. A chance of showers after 2 AM.
Monday: Hi 66 🌦️40% Lo 52 🌧️30% • A chance of showers during the day and overnight.
Tuesday: Hi 67 🌦️40% Lo 51 🌧️ • A chance of showers.
